Hey There!

I'm a retired guy that worked in tech for my whole career. I worked at places like Microsoft, Uber, Amazon, and Pacific Northwest National Laboratories (DOE). I also started a few small companies, which I highly recommend to anyone wanting a crash course in dedicating your life to a cause. :)

You can blame me for lots of Microsoft Teams Calling, Chat and Channels features, Windows 7 Device Experiences, Windows 8 Device Experiences, and the Bing Maps app back when it existed and was cool. I also led some fun features like reserving rides on Uber.

I'm a PM by trade, but my passion has always been in user experience design. I've built UX my whole life - and I love blending art and tech. It's what I eat, breath, drink and love. You can learn more about me on LinkedIn if you're interested.

I picked up 3D modeling as a hobby because it's a perfect combination of art and tech. I primarily use blender because it's free and awesome - and it just keeps getting better and better over time.

I design 3D assets and contribute them to the community workshop for Dungeon Alchemist because I like creating cool things for my campaigns. I love building models and creating procedural textures - I'm not incredible at it yet, but I aspire to be.

I also like playing overwatch, and do so poorly.  I mostly main Dva, Orisa, Zarya, Moria, and Mercy. I suck at DPS. I avoid competitive like the plague because it's toxic, but enjoy having fun on QuickPlay. Say "hi" sometime, I'll probably heal you.

People often tell me I should charge for things - but I prefer to make them for fun and give them away for free because it makes people happy.
